23.1.4 Aspect Perks

Aspect Perks are special abilities and bonuses that can be purchased by high-level people. Perks cost very large amounts of experience and gold. The amount of gold for a given perk is very roughly based on 60% of the gold a high-level hunter earns from mobs while earning the amount of experience used for the perk.

When a perk is purchased, the experience will be permanently removed from your character. This means that your overall level will be decreased. Bashing, Questing, and PK experience will be unaffected.

  ASPECT LIST PERKS
   - View a list of the Aspect perks that you can purchase, as well as their
     costs in both experience points and gold. At the bottom of this display,
     you will also the current number of XP points you have accrued.

  ASPECT PURCHASE ASPECT CHANGE [CONFIRM]
   - This perk can be purchased multiple times, and will allow you to
     use CHOOSE ASPECT <type> to change your Aspect type.
    
  ASPECT PURCHASE LIFE MONOLITH [CONFIRM]
   - This perk allows you to purchase the power of one permanent Life
     monolith, for use in powering your Aspect abilities. The cost of
     subsequent Life monoliths will be increased.

  ASPECT PURCHASE CHANGE MONOLITH [CONFIRM]
   - This perk allows you to purchase the power of one permanent Change
     monolith, for use in powering your Aspect abilities. The cost of
     subsequent Change monoliths will be increased.

  ASPECT PURCHASE TERROR MONOLITH [CONFIRM]
   - This perk allows you to purchase the power of one permanent Terror
     monolith, for use in powering your Aspect abilities. The cost of
     subsequent Terror monoliths will be increased.

  ASPECT PURCHASE PERMANENT <aspect power> [CONFIRM]
   - This perk allows you to make one Aspect power permanently available to
     you, so long as you feel power from sufficient monoliths to power it.
   - You must currently possess the Aspect power in order to make it 
     permanent.
   - Permanent Aspect powers can be used no matter what your personal Aspect
     type is, allowing one person to have the powers of all three Aspect 
     types.
   - The cost of subsequent permanent powers will be increased.
   - Valid power names: regeneration, liferoom, clearsight, vision, resurrect,
     mimicry, changeroom, changerace, modulation, warp, immune, terrorroom,
     terrify, inhume, absorb.

  ASPECT PURCHASE MAX <stat> RESERVES [CONFIRM]
   - This perk will grant you 10% more maximum reserves in the chosen stat.
   - This perk can only be purchased once.
   - Valid stats: health, mana

  ASPECT PURCHASE <stat> RESERVE REGENERATION [CONFIRM]
   - This perk will grant you an increase of 25% to your reserve regeneration
     in the chosen stat.
   - Valid stats: health, mana

  ASPECT PURCHASE ARTIFACT PERK <artifact name> [CONFIRM]
   - See HELP ARTIFACT PERKS

  ASPECT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SECT RITUAL [CONFIRM]
   - This perk will grant you one additional sect ritual point.
   - This perk can be increased twice, but the cost of the second will be 
     increased.
   - See HELP SECT RITUALS for more information.

Aspect perks are not refundable in any way.

* NOTE: Some numbers have been simplified to present useful information, but actually represent values of many billions. Therefore, some calculations will be rounded and truncated, which may result in a slight variation in the number of experience points removed when a perk is purchased.
