5.3.8 Trade Skill - Papercrafting

Papercrafting is the art of making paper, letters, and journals and a couple of other cool things! Initially, the crafter can only create paper. Paper is used in the creation of the other papercrafting products. 

In order to gain the knowledge required to craft these items, one must purchase a papercrafting permit, which will allow you to fashion the items for your own use or to sell to other players. Go to the craft guild office and BUY PAPERCRAFTING PERMIT. The craft guild assesses a fee of 100 credits for the permit, which does not expire.  Initially, you will only be able to create paper. As you progress in your knowledge of Papercrafting, you will be able to create scrolls, letters, journals, books, and tomes.
