The following artifact and pieces will create a choker that will grant your character a new tell text. Each choker has a theme of the tell message. Build one to see what your tells will sound like! Or collect them all!

NOTE: You have to WEAR CHOKER for it to be activated. If you are wearing all seventeen it will use the first one you are wearing.
