16.6.5 The Elemental Planes

The elemental planes flow through the Rashirmir like floating rivers. In most cases the elemental planes constantly move and change position through the Rashirmir. Sometimes they come very close to each other causing virulent elemental storms. In other cases the planes drift far apart from each other.

Some scholars think they have found places where the elemental planes are unmoving and locked into a set position in the Rashirmir, but many see this as wild speculation.

No mortal being has survived entering an elemental plane.
