12.14.17 The Scourge Outpost

Intent on controlling the forest, a large group of orcs have set up a base camp
near the Celidon Council itself, abutting the base of a nearby escarpment. The
site was once the home of a peaceful family of lycaeans, but they were
destroyed by the orcs, and their home taken over. From this encampment, the
orcs stage raids on the more civilized races that make the Celidon their home,
their primary goal the subjugation or destruction of any they deem weaker than
themselves...essentially, everyone. Established only recently, the orcish
forces have quickly grown in size and strength, casting a pall of fear on the
entire western half of the Forest.
