24.3.14 Artifact Reskins
Reskin writs can be used to apply descriptions to some specific artifacts in the game.
Commands:

ARTIFACT RESKIN CATEGORIES
This displays the different reskin categories.
ARTIFACT RESKIN <category>
This displays the items you can reskin.
ARTIFACT RESKIN TYPES
List all of the artifacts that have halloween reskins.
ARTIFACT RESKIN TYPE <type>
List exactly what artifacts are included with this type.
ARTIFACT RESKIN <item> WITH <category> <type> <id>
Reskin the your artifact. You must have a reskin writ in order to do this.
