Greetings!

A recent incident involving a forced Inferno has led to this addition in
Khandavan Law. The offense that led to the creation of this addition
will be punished accordingly.


|Mind Control| is the forceful control of another person by any means,
including but not limited to: Telepathy, Forcing in Devotion,
soulmasters, 'Gyin' in Voice, and Vodun. Such actions will fall under
this offense if the victim is forced to commit an action that violates
Khandavan Law. This would include, but is not limited to: forced
Inferno, forced extermination, forced assault, forced attacking of
guards (also assault), forced murder, et cetera. The person who commits
this offense will take on the whatever punishment is given for the
violation of Khandavan Law, with an additional fine of 10000 gold
sovreigns and 5 years of enemy status. Mind Control is also considered
an agressive action, and so if it is used on someone within the Khandava
Council premises, it may fall under assault as well if the victim brings
forth charges.
