On behalf of the clan of Ithaqua, I want to let the world know a bit
about the forests, for those who seek to visit, to hunt, or to sightsee.

1) The Ithaqua forest is populated by fell wolf packs, who will attack
on sight. Best be ready to fly or flee. If they slay you it's likely
your corpse will never be found.

2) The forest is huge and twisting, near impossible to navigate on foot.
Bring friends, and bring a way home.

3) The village within the forest, and its citizens, are under the
protection of the Ithaquan clan. We are not a Council, nor a city. We
are merely people in search of a home. And the Ithaquans of the village
have allowed us to shelter there. In return, the clan of Ithaqua will
strive to repair the damage that centuries of famine have wrought on
what is a great village and a great people. I ask that the village and
her people be allowed to work towards that goal. The forest and the
village are our home now. We will defend it.

To that end, please respect the borders of the Ithaqua village as you
would any nature council. We wish no harm to any, indeed we wish a great
deal less harm to others than they to us. Our enemies have earned their
place on our list of criminals, as well as a place in our stewpot. But
Ithaqua is not a village of war. We are the Wrath of the Forests, and we
are content to remain in our forests.

Attacks within the village or abductions from will be treated as though
a council proper had been attacked. The same for the villagers of the
Ithaqua. Perhaps in time we will be given freedom to live here without
the hate and prejudice of those who know more about the Suns than about
the Trees. We look forward to that time.
