Another update that will affect the public, please bear with us:

|Vandalism| is the destruction or defacement of Council property. This
includes tampering (complete or attempted) with totems, the destruction
of Council sigils, and the placement of unauthorized items within
Council territory that could be detrimental to the Khandava Council and
its members. Vandalism is not only applicable within the Council
premises, but rather, within the entire territory of the Khandava
Council, including all forests under Her direct protection, so long as
the act is deemed detrimental to the Khandava Council. Authorized
shrines within the Council premises are also included under the
protection of the Vandalism charge. Likewise, the placement of
unauthorized and detrimental shrines within Khandavan territory may fall
under this charge. Additionally, the use of an item involved in a
Vandalism charge, such as an unauthorized totem or shrine, will warrant
the user receiving the same charge.

Note that in the future, as special cases come, new offense regulations
will as well. This change was brought about by a violation, and will
therefore be charged accordingly. Also, if your order has a shrine
within Khandavan territory that has not yet been approved, please
contact me or any other member of the ruling council, so they may bring
it before the Caliphate for authorization. The same goes for
unauthorized totems (Arboreal totems are not included, as they have
already been approved). Thank you yet again for your time.
