Stavenn has recently taken in a new pet, from those dangerous lands to
the far east. This comes at a time when we have much new research into
necromancy and we are seeking to refine our abilities. Our new resident
is learning our language with impressive speed and we desire to help him
with his amusing goals.

Basically, he wants candles. So, we have decided to add a new negotiable
term to our peace treaty. Agree to bring us at least 50 of these strange
candles (I believe they come in white, green and red, though I could be
wrong) and we will end the war under the terms of my latest conversation
with Jozan.

Which, for those who aren't up to date on that, drops the anti-lament
concept but adds a general 5 year ban against any and all battle between
Kinsarmar and Stavenn in all areas.

In addition to this, we will return the vodun dolls we have made of your
citizens for every 10 of these apparently magickal candles past the 50
point. If you agree, then the treaty can go into effect immediately, but
we will require at least 10 candles per year for the 5 years the treaty
will last. I am usually available to go into details.

In closing, we don't really expect anything to come out of these
candles, but this ogre is so entertaining. If whatever he is trying to
do doesn't bite us like the last time we worked with the horde, then we
swear at risk of losing all public credibility (hey, don't laugh...)
that we will not direct any of its affects against Kinsarmar.
