Khandava, and her laws.

Greetings Harker,

My misinterpretation of Khandava's stance was based on your own words
found in public post number 354. I am sorry if this caused me to cite
incorrectly any of Khandava's laws. I would add that my perhaps ill
phrased meaning, that citizens of Khandava are not necessarily held to
the pristine law as Khandava does not have a pristine law, is still
valid.
