Rivaidan,

First, I am not trying to state puplically one way or the other on this
issue, but rather seek clearification on this issue in reguards to
protecting nature.

I am not a Forestal and don't have any real insight to their skills
except they are needed to fight and even to offer to our Patrons and
Matrons. But how can something that is very much economically and
finacially motivated such as a pricelist help protect nature? I have
studied economics a bit and the only thing set pricelists do is very
much line the pockets of those who possess something others want. I need
to point out that I am NOT stating this is how you are, I have met you
and a lot of other Forestals and they do come across as actually wanting
to protect nature.

To me, and it appears a vast majority of the realms can not see the
logic in enemying someone if they sell something below what a group
wants. I can see not wanting to cheapen nature or its gifts. But at the
same time I don't see how charging X gold and very much enemying a
person from a vast majority of the realm protect nature and plants?
Especially if they did not pick overharvest the plants. I am just a
simple Sylayan who see's the ultimate respect of nature by not
overculling anything, otherwise we squander the gift that the Divine
have given to us.

Again, all I am asking for, and it appears a vast majority is how does
institing an economical policy going to help protect nature? It appears
we all wish to help, but fail to see the logic behind these acts and
treaties that you do. Again, all I am asking for is the councils to
clearify their logic on this.

I am sure, if you can explain the logic to us more clearly on how set
prices actually prevent overharvests Aetherians in general will very
much help your cause, for the last thing ANYONE wants to see is the
gifts of nature cease to be.

Thank you,

Dagnimaer Vega

However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
