In the interest of rewarding the cooler heads that have used logic and
formed a very well thought out presentation, I just wanted to notify
those interested that the following is under discussion in order to
adapt the current Act.

So that personal vendors are allowed to sell at their own prices as long
as they honor the Forestal guides, the following is in the works to
replace the second clause in the current Act (For reference: The Guilds
and Councils of Nature are enforcing the pricelist to all sellers of
herbs, be they personal vendors or shop owners, under threat of
violation of treaties.)

New clause: The Guilds and Councils of Nature are hereby placing
responsibility for the purchase of underpriced herbs from any
Concoctionist on both the buyer and seller. In essence, if you purchase
herbs from a Concoctionist for illegal prices, you are deemed in
violation along with said Concoctionist.

Now, this merely holds all accountable, and then you can sell for
whatever pricing you see fit afterwards. This also addresses the fact
that burden of proof now falls to our Councils and Guilds. With that in
mind and because we have graciously compromised with your requests and
logic, we now have a way we both can fully bring forth the ultimate
outcome that was the original intent.
