My Friend and favorite Clothier

-No One- Owns the forests but the Creator and possibly Lady Asaka being
the Goddess of the Wilds. I could see Lord Janus having a hand in much
of it but there is no Mortal no matter their skillset who can call
themselves holder of the ownership of, or sole rights keeper to, the
forests or plants within.

By the generosity of the Divine those of the Concoctionist skillset has
the greatest access and control of it across the mortal plane, but that
is all. No more no less.
