Hello everyone,

In an effort to discourage people from using the newfangled emotes for
illusiory purposes, I have increased the balance of any emote that one's
name is not prepended automatically to the front (i.e an emote in which
the ^ character is used). It has gone from 1 second to 5 seconds.
Regular emotes will not be affected.
