Greetings,

another set of improvements is finished and active. This time, I was
focusing mostly on org-related improvements. Most of the changes are
based on the suggestions submitted using the IDEA command - contrary to
popular belief, we do read these!

- New command: GNTELLS

- New command: CONGTELLS

- NTELLS <number> should work correctly now

- WRITELOG is an investable city/council power now

- Anyone capable of viewing city REVLOG can now also view REVLOGs of the
loyal townes

- The city/council REVLOG will now include all changes in commodity
prices - you can still sell cheap to your friends, but you will no
longer be anonymous

- Family castouts and rejects will no longer be able to use FTELLS

- There were reports about CASTOUT not removing people from the family.
As it turns out, this is intentional. FWHO will now notify you who is a
castout/reject, though

- A long-standing problem with old logs staying available for more than
6 days if no newer logs were available, is now fixed - existing
problematic logs will be corrected at the next midnight (GMT)

- The GNT channel will now have the usual restrictions imposed upon it,
so it will no longer be possible to communicate with phased players this
way

- Kohdons without the Tarot skill will no longer be able to charge tarot
cards
