Shielddance, Smithing, and Survival

Shielddance
---------------
- Shields can now be etched, purified, and soulquenched.

- Knockout, stun, stupid, smash will all be affected by rebounding
aura.

- Knockout is now parryable.

- Crash will only move someone once.


Smithing
------------
- Weapons can now be soulquenched for three different races without
decreasing the stats of the weapon.

- All fullplate should now have stats of 85/85.

- You can now smelt for multiple (up to 10) ingots of rahnse or stehl
at a time.

- Lustration will now affect up to 10 ingots of stehl at a time.

- You can now sketch the isa rune on multiple (up to 10) ingots of
stehl at a time.

- Maces and daeggers will no longer be able to have special weapon
effects applied to them, nor will special weapon effects fire for
any currently affected maces or daeggers.

- Dirks and glaives with extremely low speed stats should no longer
"flare" the special weapon effects as frequently.

Survival
------------
- You can no longer be forced to empty or pour anything while
selfish.

- You will no longer lose your entourage when crashing.

- Satiation's functionality has been completely changed. Check the
AB file.
