Sabotage

- New ability: 'Tremors'.

- Evade should now prevent you from being seen by most movement
detecting abilities.

- Illusions may now be targetted at a specific person. The new
syntax is: CONJURE ILLUSION <target> <illusion>. You can replace
the target with "all" to target your illusion to everyone in the
room. If you do not supply a valid target, then the illusion will
default to everyone in the room. The illusion now -always- starts
with the 4th word in the command. The target is not an optional
parameter.

- Kai energy gained from doublestab has been reduced.

- Illusions now give kai. Targetted illusions fire kai deliverance.

- Illusion equilibrium time is now dependent on the length of the
illusion.

- Using the special sequence of characters "\n" (a backslash
followed by an n) in your illusions will create an automatic
line break (so you don't have to add whitespace to your illusions).
Any amount of text followed by a newline character still counts as
80 characters for determining equilibrium cost. For example:
"asdf\nasdf\nasdf" will be treated as if it is a 240 character
string.

- Doublestab no longer causes any damage.

- You can now use appraise while phased.

- The commodities required for darts traps have been reduced.

- Conjuring cloak or ghost while currently shrouded will no longer
send a message to everyone in the room with you.

- Snipe will no longer indicate what direction the arrow is flying in.

- You will no longer be pulled from phase while using backstab until
the actual hit.

- The balance cost of seize has been reduced.

- Cobras can now learn 'Vermin'.

- Fixed the splicing/cancelling bug and restrictions should be
appropriately applied. They both have the same set of restrictions.

- Bleeding damage will now give credit for the kill to the last player
to add bleeding damage to the victim.

- Signing will only work with other people in your guild or fellow
guildless people.
