Taekate and Tarot

Taekate
-----------
- Posture no longer has a balance cost.

- The second kick of a kickboxer's combo will now do the same amount
of body part damage as the first kick.

- Dragon stance will now use balance instead of equilibrium.

- Axekick's head damage has been increased.

- Whirlwind kick's balance cost has been slightly reduced.

- Guarding will no longer work if both of your arms are broken,
you are sleeping, unconscious, or stunned, and has a 50% chance to
fail if you are prone in some way.

- Kata endurance costs have been reduced.

- Bladepunch will now strip the target's gripping defense.

- You must now have one free arm and one free leg to pull off the
backbreaker throw.

- Feint will now require and use balance as if it were a stance.

Tarot
---------
- Fool, Magician, and Empress will no longer cause your shield to
fall.

- You can now OUTD ALL <tarot> and IND ALL <tarot>.

- Death tarot rubs should be wiped when the target dies in the arena
or is removed from the arena.

- You can no longer fling the star tarot if you are in a campground
or canopied room.

- You should now be able to touch the universe tarot map if you are
afflicted by kai immolate.
