Runelore Classlead Changes

Runelore
------------
- New ability: 'Activate'.

- Fixed a bug that would cause you to repeatedly sketch a rune in a
rune circle whenever you regained balanace.

- The vortex rune circle will now only move someone at most every
5 seconds. It is now bound to the room that it is created in,
rather than the creator, and it will no longer drag people through
one-way exits.

- Sketching runes now uses equilibrium instead of balance. You
can sketch any rune besides Hugalaz without balance, but the
equilibrium cost will be far greater if you do not have balance.
Sealing a rune circle will also have an additional equilibrium
cost after the circle is sealed.

- The identity of runes being sketched in a rune circle will
now be hidden to third-party observers.

- The spying rune circle has had its duration increased, and will
now reveal the identity of the person speaking.

- Carve will now give diagnose messages.

- Fixed the never-ending canopy bug as well as the conflict between
the canopy rune circle and the wall rune circle.

- Fixed a number of AB file errors and disrepencies.

- Necromancy Vigour will no longer work in an anti-health rune
circle.

- Carve should now only consume inks if you have a valid target.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Aequitas, in the year 550 AD.
