Fayth

- New Fayth ability: 'Raze'.

- I tested the Ward ability in Fayth, and it seems to be working
fine.

- I tested and investigated the Battle ability in Fayth. It wasn't
working because mob vs mob combat was disabled some time ago. I
decided to remove this ability from Fayth entirely.

- Reduced the power cost of Empathy.

- Heresy will now affect smite damage against mobiles.

- Fayth Deflection will now act as a permanent defence against
Lamia's Call, rather than a one-off defence.

- Fayth Deflection will now act as a permanent defence against
the Bemuse Wardance.

- Banding now has the ability to unbind an item from someone.

- Seraph mindread should now report on both incoming and outgoing
tells. This also applies to the similar ability in Malignosis.

- Smash can now be targetted at specific limbs.

- Fixed some messaging errors with Judgement.

- Banded weapons can only be wielded by the person for whom they
are banded.

- Fixed a problem with watching Seraphs sending information to
the wrong person.

- Seraphs can now be customised as a free pet with the customisation
system. As seraphs do not fully exist as real items, there's no
point in setting the enter, exit, or death messages.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Artificium, in the year 540 AD.
