Engineering, Enslavery, Evileye, and Healing

Engineering
-----------------

- Fixed a mixup with max salve and clockwork fans.

- Boltthrowers will now move you if you are off balance.

- Engineering blasts should no longer be able to throw you through
doors, gates, and walls.

Enslavery
---------------

- Increased the strength of the mobs in the Pit.

- The pathfinder will no longer go home if you have broken or
paralysed arms or are prone, paralysed, or entangled.

- Increased the health of the pathfinder.

- Changed the summoning step of 'slit wrists' to 'slice palm'.

- Summoned demons should now always arrive with maximum health.

- The pathfinder should no longer be able to take you into or
out of arenas.

- Trying to use the pathfinder while hostaged will cause an
immediate execution.

Evileye
-------------

- Dizziness now gives an affliction message.

- Vertigo will now make people fall to the ground if they are
flying.

Healing
-------------

- Simultaneity will now automatically open the spirit channel.
