12.9.2 Bors Lake

Once the flourishing village of Bors stood here, a civilization dedicated to
the study of the stars and the worship of Cassiopeia. Tragically, one season's
spring melt off from the towering Northreach Mountains, combined with heavy
rains, spelled the end for the unprepared town. Now the citizens linger in a
spectral state, forever doomed to remain in their village beneath the lake,
along with the fish and the kelp.
