Greetings all.

Khandava would like to make public, two new laws, pertaining to merchant
within Khandava's boundaries.

From this date and time forth the following laws are now in effect.

9.2 If you are found guilty of Treason against the Council, your shop
will be seized by the council and any/all contents. Your shop will
automatically be placed on auction. If the shop is transferred before
hand to a third party, it will also be covered by this act.

9.3 Before any transfer of ownership of your shop, you must first inform
the council to the reason for the Sale and also the intended buyer. You
may not however sell to a current council enemy, anyone or an
organization that has beliefs that conflict with the Council. If you
fail to abide by this, your shop may be seized by the council and re
auctioned. The council will not be responsible for any losses of revenue
by this act. It is up to the Owner selling the shop to abide by all
legal bindings.

I wish to thank you all for your time.

Logain yn'Chionnal
Prophet of Khandava.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Vita, in the year 425 AD.
