Khandavan citizenship

Greetings,

The outcitizening of some Khandavan citizens was due to security
reasons. On behalf of the Khandava Council, I would like to apologize
for outcitizening the following citizens: Skye, Elizabell, Galadan. If
you wish to return to your home, we will be more than happy to have you
back.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused to
you.
