I have recently repossesed an older Stavenn shop which was a few years
behind on its taxes and hasn't sold anything for nearly a decade. I
didn't want to do it as there was no good legal reason to previously
even though it was hurting the city economy, but the recent tax
situation gave us our chance and now we will be auctioning it off with
proceeds going to fair Stavenn's fair bank account.

The shop is across from the bakery in the center of the city as one
enters the upper class areas and the shopping district. Current top bid

though that not only how much gold you offer but what you will be
selling are both factors, we want our citizens to be able to get
everything they need from our own shops.
