This post is mainly toward the citizens and council of Stavenn.

Personally I would like to say that Kinsarmar does not take kindly to
the bending of proposed peace treaties. As I recall there was no mention
of there being a fine to whomever was on a war enemies list. I believe
Iriaen and myself agreed to do away with our cities' repsective lists,
and I took that to mean unenemying those on it, not throwing the list
away. However, Kinsarmar has decided that we will also instate a 5000
gold fine to any Stavenn citizen who was recently removed from enemy
status due to the end of the war. The enemy status will go into effect
this coming month unless the fine is paid before-hand and will remain in
effect until such a time that the fine is paid.

Also, the recent theft of our Mages' Master Crystal was by no stretch of
the imagination an affront to Kinsarmar and the Mage Guild. The fact
that the crystal was returned still leaves many of us with a sour taste
in our mouths, for if we were truly at peace we should have no reason to
fear Stavennites stealing something so precious and irreplacable.

At the time of this posting the Council of Kinsarmar has not been able
to convene to discuss a fine for the matter, as it is certainly
Kinsarmar's property that was stolen albeit returned. It should have
never left its rightful place to begin with. At this time the fine for
theft is the price of the item stolen plus 15% of the cost. As the
Master Crystal is priceless and has no substitute we will certainly have
to decide what the best course of action would be. I urge the Council of
Stavenn to try to work with us on maintaining peace and respecting the
laws and rights of Kinsarmar outside of the agreed to peace treaty. If I
had thought we needed a long list of rules to follow I would have
inculded those in my proposal, at this time we merely ask that our laws
and way of life be respected and that our property remain ours.

Also, as stated in our peace treaty people who want to attack Stavennite
citizens (undead or otherwise) are not allowed to seek refuge from
attack inside Kinsarmar, get out there and take your medicine or find
somewhere else to hide. You know who you are.

Kinsarmar wishes for there to be peace across the realms but we will not
allow ourselves to continue to be subjugated.
