As the title says, we are ending the war. The terms for peace are
relatively simple, though I should point out that blockading the gates
of a city is also against the treaty. The same system against attacking
a city applies for blockading a city or shielding members of a third
party who attack, with enemy status replacing removal of citizenship as
they wouldn't be citizens of course. Citizens who break the treaty
repeatedly will of course lose citizenship and become classified as a
third party.

Stavenn wished reparations, but obviously our ability to continue the
war is impeded without a divine patron. Everyone knows that Stavenn
fought hard to defend and avenge herself, and I hope that this event
will deter people from being foolish enough to attack Stavenn again. No
matter how much advantage is possessed we will never give in to anyone.
