all, I will duel anyone from Kinsarmar and win, with ease. Second, it's
been a few months since anyone from Stavenn has killed any novices to my
knowledge, because your side has given up supplying them with mushroom
sigils and the like for who knows what.

The bards don't need to agree to stop doing it, Kinsarmar just has to
apply the rules of the treaty to those who break it. So by all means,
keep it up until one of us is destroyed. We aren't afraid.
