Cruel lament and citizenship of Bards.

Greetings denizens of Aetherius and Imperator of Stavenn,

As far as citizenship is concerned, the Bards have NEVER allowed
Stavenn. Before we had a leadership structure, there were people who
wanted to live in Stavenn, even did so, but once leadership was
established we decided which cities and councils to allow and it was
entirely decided against for Stavenn.

There have been individuals who have attempted since then - going so far
as to go ahead and join the city without even speaking with leadership
first. These have been given a choice, leave the guild or leave Stavenn.
There has not been any compromise on this policy whatsoever from the day
the Bards' Soul of Music was chosen. In short, you are blowing steam out
of your ass, like always.

As far as the Cruel Lament is concerned, the Bardic guild will use it
when and as it deems fit. There is no circle of resonance within any
city, thus no city has any voice in it being used at any time, least of
all Stavennite cowards who attack our novices without provocation then
cower inside a city to avoid retribution from anyone who is equipped for
fighting properly. Yes, Iriaen, this means you.

If you want to have Bard citizens and no Cruel Lament against Stavenn,
give up your demons and necrophilia and leave our innocent novices
alone. Until then, you can go sit on your daegger and rotate for all I
care about your demands.

Bardic Master of Ceremonies
Lyrith Da'Saison

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021
