Illuminas', was destroyed in Antioch. Two other shrines have been
destroyed as well, and we were without an idea of who it was that was
doing the defiling. No more, however, the Truth has been revealed.
Earlier this month, it was found out that one of your citizens and
Ordermates, Neko, was defiling the shrine that was re-erected in
Antioch's sewers. The same shrine that you yourself promised us would be
sanctioned under Antioch law. I come foward today to ask you that Neko,
and any others who may defile in the future, be prosecuted to the
fullest extent and punished for their actions as long as my Father's
shrines are protected within Antioch.

The reason for the defilement of the shrine is disturbing as well.
According to Neko and confirmed by someone else, you Patron, Lord Baar,
ordered the destruction of my Order's shrine in Antioch, and has
extended that elsewhere outside the city. The reasoning that I heard was
that it is because I am in the Order of Light, and because of that my
Father's views should not be accepted in your city. It is true, I am not
well-liked within Antioch for good reason nor trusted. However, just
because I am a follower of Lord Illuminas does not mean that my entire
Order, nor my Father, should be judged for my past actions. I ask you
humbly to allow the teachings of the Light to be spread within the
Desert City, and to uphold the protection of our shrines there. I am not
my Order, nor am I Lord Illuminas. Do not judge either based on my own
interaction with Antioch, fore it is not fair to anyone.
