This is a brief announcement that no Stavennites will be allowed in
Kinsarmar during the war - if one is found in the city they will be
warned to leave and escorted out - failure to do so results in enemy
status (and our guards like to attack enemies on sight).

Also, to neutral parties, please do not summon Stavennites into the city
- it might result in a case of mistaking your neutrality.

Kinsarmar respects the neutrality of all parties who choose to be so,
and merely asks that her laws be followed.
