Greetings,

This post is obviously meant for the city of Stavenn. Recently I offered
your Imperator peace and he demanded the sum of one million gold in
recompense for our attacks. As this is a war, and one that Stavenn is
losing we drafted a peace treaty to show that we have decided that the
war is over and that aggressions should be stopped. The fact that
Stavenn suffered numerous losses in this war that they openly accepted
from the very beginning gives little pause to our efforts to now make a
claim for peace.

Here is our treaty, look over it and decide for yourselves.
Kinsarmar and Stavenn, by mutual agreement, declare a ceasefire. The
terms of the ceasefire follow, and will last for ten years.

1) Both cities will cease raiding each other during this period. A raid
is any action hostile to the city within the opposing city's walls.

2) Hostilities part of the war will be dropped. Hostilities not part of
this war will not be.

3) City embargos will be lifted. Guild ones are not under the control of
the cities, and therefore up to the guild leaderships.

4) Citizens of either city may defend whatever city they like, but may
not break term 1.

5) Punishments from the cities toward their citizens that break it will
be at minimum a citydisfavor for a first offense, a citydisfavor and a
fine of 10,000 gold, payable as 5,000 to Kinsarmar, and 5,000 to Stavenn
for a second offense, and finally outcitizening with a fine of 20,000
gold payable as 10,000 gold to Kinsarmar, and 10,000 gold to Stavenn.
The two cities may each extract this final fine as they wish from the
person whom broke it. Once paid, the cities may recitizen at their whim.
These are minimum punishments handable for these offenses by the
citizen's city, and they may choose to enact harsher penalties if they
so wish.

I do not believe it is an unreasonable offer and I am sure that
Kinsarmarians are not the only people that desire an end to this
tiresome battle. We have won the war. Let it be done.
