my dear nanny, the dryad Lalaith told me a tale...she said that there
are two wolves that fight within us all, for dominance of our mind,
body, and soul.

One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity,
guilt, resentment, inferiority, hatred, lies, false pride, superiority,
and ego.

The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness,
benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

I asked her, eyes wide as walnuts, "Which wolf wins?"

She simply replied, "The one we feed."
