The three Kinsarmar guilds, the Bards, the Lorekeepers and the Mages.
All three of these organizations claim neutrality. Everyone who can
fight in them and many who can't have attacked Stavenn and gotten
themselves put on the war enemies list. They also forbid their
non-warrior members to trade with Stavennites, having placed us under
economic embargo. Obviously, despite their feeble attempts at politics,
they are not really neutral.

These three guilds have two months more or less from the time of this
posting to adhere to their neutrality statements. Bards will sell us
sketches and portraits and instruments, Mages will sell us enchantments
and Lorekeepers will do totem work for us, all under their publicly
advertized pricing agreements that they have with everyone else in the
world. If they do not do this, then the five remaining people who have
not attacked Stavenn will be made war enemies.
