Recently, someone (most likely Anarion), robbed a shop in Stavenn. Since
Anarion was the only person with the capability to do it at that time
who was also near the area, and he told someone he was planning to rob
it after quiting Stavenn because he lost an election, we believe that he
was indeed behind it.

I didn't want to jump to conclusions, so I attempted to put Anarion
through a surprise search to see if he had any stolen goods or the
copied key he was said to have of the shop. To my surprise, he had an
orb of concealment, which blocks skills to see what someone is holding.
These are purchased only by thieves and those who think someone is out
to rob them, since they are expensive and decay relatively quickly. I
asked him to put the orb away so that we could go through his equipment
and for him to show us the contents of his backpack, but he refused to
do either of these things. He said he wouldn't let me see his pack
because he didn't trust me and when I asked him if he would trust anyone
from Stavenn to look inside of it he said no.

If he did rob the shop, and I believe he did, then it is only the latest
act of someone known very publicly to be a betrayer and thief. He robs
individuals, establishments, taking anything that might be profitable,
even children. Since his latest victim is a good friend of mine and a
citizen of Stavenn, I'm determined to make him pay for his many crimes.

If Anarion has taken from you any gold, items, family members etc.,
please contact me with details. I expect to create a team of people from
all cities/councils to hunt Anarion down and take back what he has
stolen, or destroy him completely. I am willing to work with those who
are traditionally our opponents in this, i.e. Vahinites and Antiochans.
