The Nature Councils and Guilds would like to announce the repeal of the
Underpricing Act. In its place will be the Protection of Natural
Resources Act, which will take place immediately.

==Protection of Natural Resources Act==

1.) Celidon Council, Khandava Council, Hunters Guild, and Arboreal Guild
are uniting against those whom commit crimes against Nature
(extermination, arson, and violations of treaties) by sharing enemy
status and total herb-banning.

2.) The Guilds and Councils of Nature are enforcing the pricelist to all
sellers of herbs, be they personal vendors or shop owners, under threat
of violation of treaties.

3.) Evidence of herbs being given freely with the intention of reselling
to undercut herb treaties will result in shared enemy status and
herb-banning to both giver and seller.
