Clarification

Written by: Selthis

You ask why I state all these horrible things about the Noctusari and
then tell people to make up their own minds? I will tell you why, I am
stating these things based on history. Ask Stavenn. The Noctusari have
betrayed the citizens of that city several times over. First, with the
takeovers in the past and then with the recent war against Stavenn that
the Noctusari participated in. Ask Kinsarmar, the Noctusari just
recently turned on them. They will tell you the same thing. Noctusari
breed treachery almost with almost the same frequency a rabbit conceives
and births its young. I do not want people change their views based on
some pretty words. Decisions that are swayed that easily are swayed just
as easily later. I challenge people to look at the facts and understand
what prompted me to state what I did in the post and then make up your
minds.

Treachery and selfishness are their bread and butter. And please, before
you call me ignorant and call what I say propaganda, take a look in the
mirror. I am not the one who ignores many hundreds of years of history
as it suits me. And truth be told, do you honestly think that if you did
not force the demons into your service, they would not gladly slay you
too in a heartbeat? Their true nature is something that goes far beyond
what you think. Because you mastered a few tricks of the Dark Arts by no
means make you a learned master in all things demon. Understand that
demons are beyond a mortal's ken, as they are utterly alien beings. It
would be like me stealing a dog, teaching it not to relieve itself on my
pillow and then stating, "I know everything about dogs and you must be
ignorant about them!"

But regardless, I do sincerely enjoy the debate and I look forward to
what new point you bring forth.

In Service,
Selthis

P.S. To clear up the matter, I am again an Antioch citizen. But
according to Amaroth's information at the time, I was not. Regardless,
quibbling details neither make nor break a debate. Good day.

Penned by my hand on the 9th of Ferinus, in the year 414 AD.

However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
