Cease Fire

Recently, you came to me with the offer of a cease fire, to which, after
some talk, we decided to go with. As long as Stavenn behaves in Antioch
and Antioch behaves in Stavenn, the eternal war our cities wage is on
hold. As a token of good will, the ban on Stavennites walking the
streets of Antioch is lifted.
