Well, after the events of this prior month, and the followers of Lady
Eloweth going out of there way to attack Antioch, and seek refuge in
Kinsarmar, here's is what Antioch is offering.

Turn them over, and we won't head full on into war with Kinsarmar. I
tried to avoid this, but my citizens, and from what I can tell, your
citizens want it, so lets give them what the want.
