War with Kinsarmar

It has come to my attention that Eloweth's Priest is responsible for the
Magickal orbs circling the shrines to Lord Baar. Upon an encounter with
the priest and two muhktars of Antioch, they were enemied to Kinsarmar
by Wysrias, your war minister. This, on top of people being enemied for
fighting Laia, a non-citizen of Kinsarmar, Antioch is left with little
recourse but to officially open war upon Kinsarmar.

This blatant insult upon a patron of Antioch, as well as the attackers
being defended inside of Kinsarmar has lead to this.
