A response for you

I do not know nor pretend to know Laia's intentions or thoughts. She is
no longer Kinsarmarian of her own choice. I do know that she stands up
for magick, the light and rightful magick, because she is devout to her
Goddess, Lady Eloweth. I think she's brave for this, actually, and I
will applaud her.

Some may be confused by this so I'll explain.

Until now, my thoughts have been to concede to the majority of the city
who do not wish another war. We all know how gruelling, long and trying
it can be. But I cannot help but feel a pang of resentment each time I
am called a "filthy magicker" and such or sent insulting letters. Yes, I
ignored them and considered the source to be a moron but the slights,
slurs and other rude insults were not new. They have been spoken by your
city for ages though we end up fighting side by side at times. They are
spit out at us like venom and I'm tired of that hatred.

Also, if you are upset about innocents being slain, then I must point
out that some of your group summoned my son and slew him, assuming he
was of Eloweth's order. Only AFTER his death did Amon ask him which
order he belonged to. Some may feel that personal feelings enter this
and they do but I still refrained since one of the attackers apologized.
Others have been slain, not just my son, innocently in this. This annoys
and bothers me more than anything else.

Finally, you have had some of your city come into mine and defile
shrines not to mention the four you planned to "move" for defense reason
of my Father's that you have yet to replace with four more as promised.

I feel I have been patient with you and your city, Stavros. A patience
that is not warranted any longer because of the persistant, aggressive
actions against Kinsarmar. I'm sorry of your war with Stavenn but I feel
that if you did not want a war on both sides, you would have told your
city to share your views about the letter placed at your gates and
fought the war with Stavenn. A good leader advises as well as listens.
If you have been holding back your people, asking them to stop such
aggressive actions against Kinsarmar, then they are not listening and
therefore, must be deemed idiots or disobediant prats, in my opinion.
And I always feel that such people need to die many, many times to knock
sense into them.

I hope you can straighten this out, Stavros. I truly do.

2021 and Beyond

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
