Affinity

You affinity will not instantly change if you wield or unwield weapons,
wear or remove armour, move to a different area, etc. Affinity updates
every few minutes.

So if you make some changes to see how it affects affinity, you must
wait a few minutes for it to update.

Additionally, if you are 'suffering from low city affinity', that means you have several online citizens who do not belong to your circle.
