A couple of changes to area influence and magickal surges. Some areas
are now under a demonic magick influence instead of a blanket magick
influence.

- Etherburns will hurt both demonic and magick areas.
- Wisps and Etherwarps only increase influence in magick areas, not
demonic.
- Good surges will only occur in areas that are influenced the same as
your profession. In other words, those in a magickal profession will not
get beneficial surges in demonic areas (such as Stavenn). Nor will
demonic professions get surges in magick areas (such as Kinsarmar).
- Both will suffer negative surges equally in antimagick areas.
- SURVEY will now show you the influence of an area, if any.

Currently very few areas area set antimagick, magick, or demonic. We
will slowly assigning more over the next few days, in particular the
areas around cities and bashing areas.
