I have made a few changes to the intro, based on some suggestions in the
city/council meeting. Players will now be able to join a guild in the
intro. After joining a guild they will then have the option to join an
appropriate city or council.

There are two reasons we decided to make this change.

First, a player's guild generally defines their background and roleplay
more then a city does. Players who want to create their players in other
ways, can choose not to join a guild at this point and can use Cerise or
be inguilded through a player.

Second, players often joined a city or council that did not match a
guild they joined later. This will make sure that players do not join
cities or council that do not fit their profession.
