Two things. New Artifacts and an Artifact Change.

First, the change.

The Shield of Protector has been changed to a Steelweave Surcoat. The
Surcoat only blocks damage and will not block weapon effects, such as
toxins. We will be releasing some artifact shields in the future, for
those of you who need them. We are offering full credit refunds if you
purchased the Shield of Protector and do not want the Surcoat. We will
also give a full credit refund to anyone who had bought 2 shields. In
order to get your credits do not use the tradein command. You must
message me and I will trade the item in.

A Silver Spade: 250 Credits
- Decrease implant/uproot time by 33%. [Haag]
Ivory Figurine: 50 credits
- Increases the amount of people allowed on your enemy, ally, and
marked lists, from 20 to 30. [Haag]
Shimmering Crystal: 250 credits

Lamirian Amulet: 100 credits

- You will not use balance when using the glance or observe skills. If
