Mobs and Arenas

Some changes to arenas in regards to mobiles.

- Any pet killed in the arena (collared or not) will be kicked out and
placed back into the kennel/stable area.
- Any Diavlous demon will be removed from the arena as well.
- If you made the demon in the arena, then you will not get it back.
- If you made it before entering the arena, you can call is back, after
the event is over.
- All other mobs will die in the arena now.
