Greetings crafters,

The first part of our rewritten design system is now in place. This
consisted of mostly background stuff that you won't see but will help
you to get your designs reviewed faster. Most important of these is that
the design system now actually takes into account when you submit things
with relation to other designers, so you should, in most cases, get your
designs back in the order they were received.

Some of you may have noticed that your trade skills section on AB/SKILLS
now says "# submissions remaining." We have instituted a quota system in
order to: 1) save our approvers from the heart attacks that come from
seeing 12 million new designs, and 2) to be fair to other crafters so
that they have a chance to have their stuff reviewed in a timely manner
as well. You will get 5 submissions per tradeskill per RL day. They do
not descriminate between the skills, so you don't need to worry about
only having 5 tailoring per day, 5 jewelry per day, etc.

This quota number will also show up on the brand-new (and long-overdue)
DESIGNS command. DESIGNS will show you two things: 1) your current
pending designs and how long they have been there, and 2) your approved
designs that need to be picked up still.

Aside from that, I think the only other change currently is that you get
messages instead of letters now when your design is approved.
