Bug fixes

- Fixed some various summoning bugs.
- Added DISMISS <animal>
- If you are in the forest and a lighting a fire, you will gather the
wood from your surroundings. You will still need wood comms to
stoke however.
- VIEW is no longer aggressive.
- You can no longer throw your axe while graced.
- You can no longer bthrow someone in the same room with you.
- Hunting animals should all disappear shortly after quitting now.
