Shard Skill Lists

All citizens of cities/councils can now view the shard skills/abilities they have access to, and view information about each specific shard skill, what it does, and how to use any abilities in it.

Syntax:

CITY SHARD SKILLS
- Display a list of shard skills that your city/council has unlocked.

CITY SHARD SKILL <name>
- See information about a specific skill, and the abilities it may contain.

These commands were previously available only to people with war ministry privileges, but all players should be able to see information about the powers that they can use.
